A60–90 days clearly. I know roughly what revenue is coming in, what we can take on, and where the pressure points are.

BA few weeks at best. Beyond that it gets blurry — I’m relying more on instinct than actual data.

CMostly I find out where we are after the fact. The accountant sends numbers and I react to them.

Question 05 of 06 Revenue has grown in the last 12 months. How does the business feel compared to a year ago?

AMore controlled. The team is stronger, the systems are holding, and growth feels like it’s building something.

BBusier but not necessarily better. More is happening but it doesn’t feel more stable — just more complicated.

CHonestly, more stressful. Revenue is up but I’m more stretched than I was. Something feels like it’s bending.

ABetter people or a stronger team — I need people I can actually trust to run things without me.
