David Schofield has 20 years of experience in a range of martial arts, including Kung fu, Kickboxing, Karate, Chi Gung and Aikido..

David has practiced the martial arts intensively, having established classes in the various locations he has lived.

David draws on martial arts understanding for physical fitness, but also mental and emotional balance. He also draws on Western philosophy, business (qualified to MSc level) and coaching (being a professional life and business coach for 6 years).
