David is the founder of Purpose in Action and the creator of PurposeOS.
He is responsible for the design, standards, and integrity of the system, and holds final accountability for how the work is delivered.
His background spans business systems, operational leadership,
martial arts discipline, and long-term community work —
informing a practical, demanding approach grounded in structure,
responsibility, and execution under pressure.
